I was born in Encino and grew up in Thousand Oaks. I spent a few years in the San Fernando Valley before purchasing my first home as a young adult in Simi Valley where I settled to raise my two daughters who are now grown and have kids of their own. Being a local I am very familiar with the area as well as the surrounding areas. I know how important it is to find the right neighborhood and home. Also how important schools are. I never take for granted the trust that a client puts in me. Purchasing a home for most people is the biggest investment they will ever make and I never lose site of that. One of my goals for my clients is to make them feel as though their transaction is the only one I am working on. Providing all the necessary information for them to make a good decision while guiding them through the process. I offer personal service and will be the one who works with you from start to finsh. I have an assistant that will help with follow up during escrow and keep the file paperwork. I am very active in the Real Estate community and served for six years as a director for the local board.
